不具合修正用のファイルをアップしました。
・不具合内容
動画一覧や動画内のリンクボタンを押しても反応しない場合がある
リンク修正ファイル （14KB）
・適用方法
1.上記リンク修正ファイルを任意の場所に解凍してください。
2.解凍された"data_html"フォルダの中のhtmlファイルすべてを
『動くE.C.M.2』の"data"フォルダ内へ上書きしてください。
上記不具合が発生していない方は
修正ファイルは必要ありません。

CD版を購入したのですが、main.htmlの画面で選択しても動画、NOTEが再生されません。
データフォルダのFLASHファイルを直接見ることはできるのですが……次のファイルに飛べるものと飛べないものもあるようで、少々不自由です。
確認致しましたが
ご報告頂きました状況は再現できませんでした。
ブラウザ（IE、Firefoxでのみ動作を確認しております）や
Adobe Flash Playerのバージョンをご確認下さい。
パッケージに記載されいている動作確認済み環境以外の環境では
動作の保証は致し兼ねます。
DLsiteよりDL版をダウンロードさせていただきました。
匿名の方の報告とまったく一緒なのですが、main.htmlより、動画やNOTEを閲覧することができません。
メイン画面でのＢＧＭやマウスオーバーは問題なく動作しています。
クリックした際の反応（サムネイルが押されたようにへこむこと）はしていますが、（別ウィンドウで開くのかページが切り替わるのかは分かりませんが）動画やNOTEは開きません。
また、私も個別にファイルを開いた時は問題なくFLASHを再生することができます。
使用ブラウザはＩＥ８、ＯＳは７、FlashPlayerのバージョンは10.3になります。
動作環境ではあると思うのですが、何が問題なのでしょうか？

こちらを解凍し、中のhtmlファイルを「data」内の
htmlファイルに上書きして再度動作をご確認いただけますでしょうか。

提示していただいたリンク先よりダウンロードしたＨＴＭＬファイルで上書きすることで、正常にリンクが動作するようになりました！
